- Navigate to User Settings: Log in to your Telgoo5 dashboard.
- Access Management: Navigate to User Settings (PC480).
- Access Manage Retailer: Click on the Manage retailer (PC122) tab.
- Initiate Creation: Click the blue "Add new retailer" button in the top-right corner.
- Enter Retailer Details: Fill in the mandatory fields in the form:
- User Group Type: Select the appropriate user group for the retailer.
- Master Agent Name: Select the parent Master Agent.
- Distributor Name: Select the Distributor under whom this retailer will operate.
- Personal/Contact Info: Enter the First Name, Last Name, Login ID, Password, Email, Phone Number, and physical Address details.
- Settings: Configure specific options like Commission Matrix, Status (Active/Inactive), and security settings (OTP, Google Authenticator) as required.
- Submit: Once all mandatory fields are completed, click Submit to create the account.
